The Helena-West Helena Chamber of Commerce held a banquet to honor a local business and to welcome two new plants to town. The two new businesses are Doughboy Industries, Inc., a plastics plant, and Skyway of Arkansas, a luggage manufacturer. The local business is Helena Chemical Company which makes insecticides. Chester Parrish, president of the Helena-West Helena Chamber of Commerce, greets Skyways President Henry L. Kitkins of Seattle, King County, Washington, and Doughboy President E.J. Cashman of New Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Helena is in Phillips County, Arkansas.
